Shipping & Returns

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide.

Ozfiddler Music uses Australia Post to offer you the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Registered postage is used for all online orders and will be dispatched within 48 hours (Australia Only).

$20 Flat Fee postage for New Zealand and will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days for express post within Australia; 3-14 days for International orders.

For all International orders, excluding New Zealand and Australia, please use our contact form to e-mail us for a shipping quote.

Items will only be dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.


If you are unsatisfied with your order, for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. We will also refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Paypal purchases will be refunded to your Paypal account. Returned products must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. All items sent without an Authorisation Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Returns only accepted if received in original condition.

We do not offer returns for "On Sale" products.

Damaged Goods/Exchanges

Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email. We will happily exchange your item if it is damaged in any way. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorisation number before being returned. All items sent without an Authorisation Number will be returned to sender at the senders expense. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please note that each item is photographed before dispatch to ensure that it is not faulty on our end.
